Baseball Recap: Fargo/Gage Takes a Loss

Fargo/Gage and Mooreland pushed the score to 20-12 the last time they played Mooreland, but on Friday defenses reigned supreme. Fargo/Gage fell just short of Mooreland by a score of 2-1. The defeat continues a trend for Fargo/Gage in their meetings with Mooreland: they've now lost six in a row.

Fargo/Gage's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Mooreland, they pushed their record up to 6-14 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fargo/Gage will head out to take on Seiling at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Mooreland, they will square off against Watonga at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
