Volleyball Recap: Stephenson Comes Up Short

Stephenson was the 2-0 winner over Iron Mountain when they last played one another back in September of 2015, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mountaineers on Saturday.

Stephenson's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Iron Mountain, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Stephenson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Houghton on the 23rd. Hopefully Iron Mountain paid attention to the Eagles' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Eagles at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
