Basketball Recap: Sidney Takes a Loss

Sidney was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 50-24 to the Custer County Cowboys. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cowboys this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 67-27 back in January.

Sidney's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Custer County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Sidney does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Custer County, they will square off against Fergus at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
