Basketball Recap: Bloomer Takes a Loss

Bloomer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Fall Creek Crickets an easy 66-40 win. The matchup marked the Blackhawks' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Bloomer's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Fall Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bloomer will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Colfax at 7:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Fall Creek, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Arcadia at 7:15 p.m. on December 27th.
