Volleyball Recap: Roosevelt Presidents vs. New Paltz Huguenots        
        
		
             Roosevelt entered their tilt with New Paltz on Tuesday with two consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the New Paltz Huguenots by a score of  3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Presidents, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
 Roosevelt walked away with the   victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-15, 24-26, 25-18,  25-18.
  Abbey Greenspan had an outrageously good game as she  had 21  digs. She is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had 12 or more in the last five games she's  played dating back to last season.
 Roosevelt  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 15  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least 12  aces in three consecutive  matches.
 Roosevelt's win bumped their record up to 13-2. As for New Paltz, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost seven of their last eight contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record  this season.
 Roosevelt has already played their next matchup,  a  3-0  victory against Spackenkill on the 16th. As for New Paltz, they will face off against Newburgh Free Academy at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
