Forest was not the first on the board on Thursday, but they got there more often. They came out on top against the Dunnellon Tigers by a score of 6-1. The victory continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won eight in a row.

The team relied heavily on Gracie Weibenbacher, who went 1-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Larissa Ivey, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.

Forest's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Dunnellon, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
