Basketball Recap: Lynnwood Comes Up Short

Lynnwood lost against Archbishop Murphy back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The match between the Lynnwood Royals and the Archbishop Murphy Wildcats didn't end well, with the Lynnwood Royals falling 50-35. The Royals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lynnwood's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Archbishop Murphy, they moved to 3-4 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Lynnwood won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Marysville-Pilchuck at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday. Lynnwood is facing Marysville-Pilchuck at the right time seeing as Marysville-Pilchuck is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Archbishop Murphy, they and Ingraham will face off at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
