Basketball Recap: Kodiak Takes a Loss

Kodiak was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Bethel Warriors and fell 50-14. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-14 back in December of 2024.

Kodiak's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Bethel, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Coming up, Kodiak will be taking part in a tournament against Barrow on Thursday. As for Bethel, they have already played their next game, a 42-26 defeat against Z John Williams on the 8th.
