Volleyball Recap: MacArthur Takes a Loss

If MacArthur was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Northbrook on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Generals fell just short of the Spring Woods Tigers by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. The Generals were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

MacArthur's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Spring Woods, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

MacArthur didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Heights on the 21st. As for Spring Woods, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Aldine on the 21st.
