Suring extended the longest winning streak in Marinette & Oconto this week by beating Wausaukee, 68-16. The victory was the sixth in a row for the Eagles.
Crivitz made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,935 from 10,211. The advance stemmed from a 69-16 victory over Gillett last week.
Suring's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Eagles feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jay Tienor has thrown for 390 yards and five touchdowns this season, while Dillon Kempen has five catches for 142 yards. Kempen leads the league in rushing with 319 yards.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Suring takes on Peshtigo. Mitch Taylor's team has allowed 68 points this season, while the Bulldogs have given up 32. The Eagles allowed 16 points last week as they defeated the Rangers.
