Volleyball Recap: Zemple Alyssa and Elmhorst Abby Secure Win for Manawa

Manawa won the last time they faced Goodman-Pembine and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wolves walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Falcons.

Manawa was led to victory by Elmhorst Abby and Zemple Alyssa. Abby had four digs and four aces, while Alyssa had three digs.

The win got Manawa back to even at 8-8. As for Goodman-Pembine, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-13.

Coincidentally, Manawa and Goodman-Pembine will both be playing Berlin the next time they take the court. The Wolves will head out to face the Indians at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Falcons will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
