Volleyball Game Preview: Williams Valley Vikings vs. Upper Dauphin Area Trojans

Williams Valley is 1-7 against Upper Dauphin Area since September of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m.

Williams Valley lost 3-0 to Nativity BVM on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Upper Dauphin Area waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Green Dragons.

The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 24-26, 25-21, 25-17.

Williams Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Upper Dauphin Area, their victory bumped their record up to 8-3.

Williams Valley might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Upper Dauphin Area in their previous meeting back in September of 2023. Can the Vikings avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
