Houston is 9-1 against Bartlett since April of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Mustangs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Panthers at 4:00 p.m. Houston is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

Houston is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Tennessee's top teams: Christian Brothers, who was ranked 11th at the time (Houston was ranked 13th). The Mustangs took a 10-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Purple Wave on Thursday.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Bartlett took on Brighton on Saturday. The Panthers blew past the Cardinals 12-2. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now won six in a row.

Houston's defeat dropped their record down to 19-11. As for Bartlett, their victory bumped their record up to 13-15.

Everything went Houston's way against Bartlett when the teams last played back in March, as Houston made off with a 6-0 win. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
