Soccer Recap: South Webster's Undefeated Season over After 15 Games

If South Webster was feeling good fresh off their 7-1 takedown of Alexander last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Jeeps lost 4-1 to the Wheelersburg Pirates on Tuesday. South Webster were red-hot offensively heading into the contest (they scored no less than four goals in the three matchups prior), but Wheelersburg's defense proved too tough.

Having lost for the first time this season, South Webster fell to 13-1-1. As for Wheelersburg, they pushed their record up to 14-0-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home.

South Webster has already played their next match, a 3-3 draw against Unioto on the 9th. Wheelersburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
