Basketball Recap: Lincoln County Extends Winning Streak to Three

Lincoln County had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Warren County Screaming Devils by a score of 59-47. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 74-40 win two weeks ago.

Several Screaming Devils players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Courtney Bray, who posted 21 points and six steals. Another player making a difference was Ja'Keria Few, who put up eight points and six rebounds.

Lincoln County's victory bumped their record up to 13-9. As for Warren County, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-15.

Lincoln County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 46-33 defeat against Lake Oconee Academy on the 13th. Warren County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
