St. Joseph hasn't had much luck against Bigelow recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The St. Joseph Bulldogs are taking a road trip to face off against the Bigelow Panthers at 4:30 p.m.

St. Joseph is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 27 runs on Tuesday, they were much more limited against Sacred Heart on Friday. They came up short against the Rebels, falling 10-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bulldogs have suffered since April 10, 2024.

Bigelow not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since April 1, 2024. They put the hurt on Little Rock Christian Academy with a sharp 22-1 victory. The Panthers' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Briley Starks made a splash while hitting and pitching. She pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. That's the fewest hits she has allowed since back in April of 2024. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in April of 2024.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-4. As for St. Joseph, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
