Softball Recap: Lebo Comes Up Short

Lebo suffered their biggest defeat since April 12, 2024 on Thursday. They lost 10-4 to the Wabaunsee Chargers. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Wolves' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

This is the second loss in a row for Lebo and nudges their season record down to 6-2. As for Wabaunsee, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lebo will face off against Mission Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Wolves' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Vikings have averaged an impressive 9.9 runs per game this season. As for Wabaunsee, they will square off against West Franklin at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
