Football Game Preview: Har-Ber Wildcats vs. Fayetteville Bulldogs + Official Tickets

Har-Ber hasn't had much luck against Fayetteville recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Wildcats are taking a road trip to take on the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Har-Ber has given up an average of 31.1 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Har-Ber is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Arkansas' top teams: Rogers, who was ranked third at the time (Har-Ber was ranked 23rd). The Wildcats lost 42-19 to the Mountaineers on Friday. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.

Meanwhile, Fayetteville humbled Rogers Heritage with a 50-14 victory. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 36-0.

Har-Ber better focus on containing Hank Hendrix and Kaleb Johnson as the pair were huge in Fayetteville's win. Hendrix threw for 254 yards and three TDs while completing 82.4% of his passes, while Johnson rushed for 94 yards and a pair of scores on only seven carries. The dominant performance also gave Hendrix a new career-high in passer rating (162.4).

Fayetteville now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Har-Ber, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

Har-Ber took a serious blow against Fayetteville in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, falling 53-7. Can the Wildcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
