Volleyball Recap: Faribault Comes Up Short

Faribault was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Austin Packers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Packers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Faribault's defeat dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Austin, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-12 record this season.

Faribault will welcome Mankato West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Austin, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Totino-Grace on the 11th.
