Basketball Recap: Cornersville Wins Going Away Against Hampshire

Cornersville won the last time they faced Hampshire and things went their way on Tuesday too. Everything went the Cornersville Bulldogs' way against the Hampshire Hawks as the Cornersville Bulldogs made off with a 59-33 win. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Cornersville now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Hampshire, they are on a 23-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Looking ahead, Cornersville will be playing at home against Culleoka at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Cornersville is facing Culleoka at the right time seeing as Culleoka is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Hampshire, they will face off against Richland at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Richland's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six contests.
