Meanwhile, Millry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. 2025 welcomed they with a 62-39 loss courtesy of Southern Choctaw. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-13.

Millry's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for McIntosh, they now have a losing record at 5-6.

McIntosh didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Millry in their previous meeting on Friday, but they still walked away with a 51-47 victory. Will McIntosh repeat their success, or does Millry have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
