Volleyball Recap: Kamiak Falls Short of Wenatchee in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Kamiak can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Wenatchee Panthers on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Knights have suffered since October 21st.

While Kamiak ultimately came up short, they really made Wenatchee work, particularly in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-12, 25-19.

Kamiak's loss dropped their record down to 16-6. As for Wenatchee, they pushed their record up to 16-3-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home.

Looking ahead, Kamiak will face off against Mead at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Wenatchee, they will take on Camas at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
