Baseball Recap: Comanche Makes It Five in a Row at Home

While Comanche didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They skirted past the Hinton Comets 6-5. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Comanche pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 2.2 runs across that stretch. As for Hinton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5.

Coincidentally, Comanche and Hinton will both be playing Frederick the next time they take the field. Hinton will head out to face Frederick at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Comanche will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
