Soccer Recap: Rockmart Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Rockmart's offense. They lost 9-0 to the Union County Panthers on Friday. Rockmart have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rockmart's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Union County, they now have a winning record of 5-4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rockmart will square off against McEachern at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rockmart is facing McEachern at the right time seeing as McEachern is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Union County, they will face off against Coahulla Creek at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Coahulla Creek will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Union County surely won't give up without a fight.
