They were dealt a 57-17 loss at the hands of the Westlake Chaparrals. Despite the defeat, Taylor saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Tiana Candee scored two points plus ten rebounds and two blocks. Candee has been hot , having posted eight or more rebounds the last five times she's played.
Taylor has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.
