Basketball Game Preview: Greenville Tigers vs. Charles Henderson Trojans

The Greenville Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Charles Henderson Trojans at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Saturday, Greenville came up short against Calhoun and fell 46-35. Greenville has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Charles Henderson entered their tilt with JAG on Saturday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They blew past the Jaguars 64-19. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 33 points or more this season.

Charles Henderson pushed their record up to 8-8 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.4 points per game. As for Greenville, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-7.

Greenville came out on top in a nail-biter against Charles Henderson when the teams last played back in February of 2024, sneaking past 39-36. The rematch might be a little tougher for Greenville since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
