Baseball Recap: Perkins-Tryon Comes Up Short

The Perkins-Tryon Demons didn't have quite enough to beat the Beggs Golden Demons on Thursday and fell 3-2.

Perkins-Tryon has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. As for Beggs, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-8.

Coincidentally, Perkins-Tryon and Beggs will both be playing Chandler the next time they take the field. The Demons will head out to face the Lions at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Golden Demons will head out to face them on Friday.
