McCutcheon has gone a perfect 3-0 against Tri-West Hendricks recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Mavericks will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bruins at 6:00 p.m. McCutcheon is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.6 runs per game this season.
McCutcheon's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They came out on top against Hamilton Heights by a score of 4-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mavericks.

McCutcheon got a great performance from Sam Swank as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 11 over six innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts Swank has posted since back in May of 2024.
On the hitting side, McCutcheon saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jon Riley, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.
Meanwhile, Tri-West Hendricks won against Danville on Tuesday with four runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. The Bruins had just enough and edged out the Warriors 4-3. The victory was familiar territory for the Bruins, who have now won three games in a row.
Luke Haboush tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in seven consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Ethan Frye was excellent, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double.
Tri-West Hendricks pushed their record up to 15-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for McCutcheon, the win got them back to even at 10-10.
Everything went McCutcheon's way against Tri-West Hendricks in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, as McCutcheon made off with an 11-4 victory. Do the Mavericks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bruins turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
