Softball Recap: Central Valley Christian Wins Going Away Against Kings Christian

The Central Valley Christian Cavaliers got the win against the Kings Christian Crusaders on Thursday by a conclusive 16-1. The Cavaliers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by ten runs or more this season.

The victory got Central Valley Christian back to even at 3-3. As for Kings Christian, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6.

Looking ahead, Central Valley Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Selma at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Central Valley Christian is facing Selma at the right time seeing as Selma is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Kings Christian, they will take on Alpaugh at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. Alpaugh has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13 runs per game on average), something Kings Christian will no doubt try to take advantage of.
