Softball Recap: Reed Raiders vs. Palo Verde Panthers

Reed extended their losing streak to three on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 29-8 in the process. They lost 10-1 to the Palo Verde Panthers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Raiders have suffered since April 24th.

Breanna Staats made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in two of her three plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run.

As for Palo Verde, they will square off against Centennial at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Panthers 1.7, the Bulldogs 4) so any runs scored will be well earned.
