Softball Preview: Cyprus Pirates vs. Lone Peak Knights

The Cyprus Pirates will venture away from home to challenge the Lone Peak Knights at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Cyprus' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so Lone Peak's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

On Tuesday, Cyprus needed a bit of extra time to put away Taylorsville. They came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 8-4 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The win was a breath of fresh air for the Pirates as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Breelyn ( Bree ) Garcia made a splash while hitting and pitching.
