Football Game Preview: Forest Hill Falcons vs. Pahokee Blue Devils

The Forest Hill Falcons will square off against the Pahokee Blue Devils at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Forest Hill's offense might be in the hot seat on Thursday considering what happened against John Carroll Catholic last Thursday. They were beaten by the Rams 41-0. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 443rd, while the Rams are ranked 138th).

Meanwhile, Pahokee never let their opponents score on Friday. Everything went their way against Lake Worth as they made off with a 26-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Blue Devils, who have now won four games by 20 points or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Pahokee and bumps their season record up to 5-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 21 points in those games. As for Forest Hill, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Forest Hill was dealt a bruising 27-0 defeat at the hands of Pahokee when the teams last played back in November of 2024. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of the Blue Devils' Samuel Arnold, who rushed for 106 yards and one touchdown on only nine carries. Now that the Falcons know the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
