Soccer Game Preview: Bishop vs. King

Bishop is 0-3 against King since February of 2019 but things could change on Friday. The Badgers will look to defend their home pitch against the Brahmas at 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Bishop's offense. They came up short against Santa Gertrudis Academy on Tuesday, falling 9-0.

Meanwhile, King hadn't done well against Jones recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. While the 3-3 score might suggest a draw, it was the Brahmas who were credited with the victory. King got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to Jones' zero.

Bishop's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for King, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Bishop couldn't quite get it done against King in their previous matchup back in February of 2025 as they fell 4-2. Can the Badgers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
