Volleyball Recap: Dacula Comes Up Short

If Dacula was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Central Gwinnett on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Falcons fell just short of the Mount Pisgah Christian Patriots by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Zarayah Kennedy paced Dacula's offense, picking up two kills. Kennedy were helped by Elena Pucciano and Amiliaa Deleon, who contributed three assists each.

Dacula's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Mount Pisgah Christian, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 14-9.

Dacula wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Oconee County on the 6th. As for Mount Pisgah Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Veterans on the 6th.
