Vianney put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Hickman Kewpies as they made off with a 15-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Golden Griffins, who have now won seven contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

Vianney pushed their record up to 14-0 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Hickman, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-3.

Coincidentally, Vianney and Hickman will both be playing Father Tolton the next time they take the field. The Golden Griffins will head out to face Father Tolton at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Kewpies will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
