Softball Game Preview: South Bronx Prep Cougars vs. Law Government & Justice Tigers

The South Bronx Prep Cougars will head out to square off against the Law Government & Justice Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. South Bronx Prep is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.

On Thursday, South Bronx Prep made easy work of Bronx United and carried off a 20-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won six contests by 15 runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Law Government & Justice unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They came up short against South Bronx, falling 10-3. The matchup marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Law Government & Justice's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for South Bronx Prep, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.

South Bronx Prep skirted past Law Government & Justice 9-8 in their previous matchup back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
