Geneseo came tearing into Wednesday's game with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.5 points), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Keshequa Indians 73-45. The Blue Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Geneseo had a senior duo take command as Avery Hepler went 7-for-17 on his way to 22 points and four steals and Oren Ray dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 assists. Ray has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last 15 times he's played. Evan Sorge was another key player, shooting 83% from the field to rack up 10 points and six rebounds.

Geneseo smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in six consecutive contests.

Geneseo's record is now 15-2. As for Keshequa, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5.

Looking ahead, Geneseo will square off against Letchworth at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Keshequa, they will host Mount Morris at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Blue Devils have been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
