Game recap: Northview High School Football Team bests Lambert

After trailing 10-9 at the half, Lambert (Suwanee, Ga.) went ahead on a two-point conversion with under a minute left in the fourth.

The Longhorns scored on a field goal in the quarter.

The result came as a big surprise as Lambert came in ranked No. 122 in the MaxPreps Freeman Rankings for Georgia, while the Titans were ranked No. 332.

Lambert's lone touchdown came on a 60-yard run by Tucker Maxwell in the second quarter.

The win was a nice bounce back for Northview, which lost to South Forsyth last week, 21-17. The defeat comes as a step back for Lambert, which notched a 24-9 victory over Roswell in its previous outing.
