It was a good run, but Valle Catholic unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-match winning streak on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lindbergh Flyers. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Flyers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Ava Bauman paced Valle Catholic's offense, picking up nine kills. Bauman got some help from Reece Weiler and her ten assists.
