Basketball Recap: Hillcrest Comes Up Short

Hillcrest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 72-34 loss at the hands of the Greenville Tigers. The contest marked the Jaguars' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Hillcrest's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Greenville, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Coming up, Hillcrest will head out to face off against W.S. Neal at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Greenville, they will face off against Percy Julian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
