Baseball Recap: Salem Victorious

After losing to Wesson the last time they met, Salem decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Salem Wildcats skirted past the Wesson Cobras 6-5. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Salem now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Wesson, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Coming up, Salem will head out on the road to challenge Wesson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wesson, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 7-2 victory against Enterprise on the 22nd.
