Baseball Recap: Pelion Takes a Loss

Pelion's last matchup with Saluda could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Tuesday. Pelion came up short against Saluda, falling 10-0. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Pelion's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Saluda, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.

Coming up, Pelion will square off against Wagener-Salley at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Wagener-Salley will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last. As for Saluda, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against South Aiken at 6:00 p.m. Saluda is facing South Aiken at the right time seeing as South Aiken is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
