Baseball Recap: North Baltimore Tigers vs. Ridgemont Golden Gophers
North Baltimore was the 10-6 winner over Ridgemont when they last played one another back in April of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Golden Gophers on Tuesday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Zander South was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out eight over 5.1 innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because North Baltimore is 3-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 2-5 otherwise. South was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. That double was his first of the season.
