Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Mission Viejo). They blew past the Fairmont Prep Huskies, posting  a  39-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Diablos sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
 Mission Viejo didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of  Nora Biornstad and  Brooklyn Koedel. With that strong performance,  Koedel is now averaging an impressive 1  defended passes per game. Biornstad got in on the action too, converting a pick  into a touchdown.
Mission Viejo's win bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Fairmont Prep, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record  this season.
 We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mission Viejo is set to  challenge  their familiar foe Trabuco Hills  at 6:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Fairmont Prep will  take on  rival Pacifica Christian  at 3:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
