Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Chelsea couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 49-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Park Crossing Thunderbirds on Saturday. The Hornets' loss signaled the end of their 19-game winning streak.

Park Crossing was led to victory by Saniya Jackson and Maliyah Meeks. Jackson dropped a double-double with 21 points and 12 boards, while Meeks dropped a double-double with 12 points and ten rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Jackson has scored at least a third of Park Crossing's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tariah Magee, who posted eight points along with six boards and three steals.

Chelsea's defeat dropped their record down to 29-8. As for Park Crossing, the victory (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 35-1.

As of now, neither Chelsea nor Park Crossing have any future games scheduled.
