After a string of three wins, Steele Canyon's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Redlands Terriers.

Izzy Trotto paced Steele Canyon's offense, picking up ten kills. Trotto got some help from Maddison Barefield and her 12 assists.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Redlands to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ava Reyes, who had six digs and five assists. That's the most assists Reyes has posted since back in August.

Steele Canyon's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Redlands, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-4.

Coincidentally, Steele Canyon and Redlands will both be playing Del Norte the next time they take the court. The Cougars will head out to face the Nighthawks at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Terriers will play them later in the day, at 5:00 p.m.
