Soccer Recap: Skyline Starts off Right with Win over Cedar Valley

Skyline had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Cedar Valley Aviators on Friday, sneaking past 2-1.

Andrew Lipson and Jax Jameson scored both of Skyline's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Looking ahead, Skyline will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Fremont at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Cedar Valley, they will face off against Westlake at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
