Softball Preview: Fillmore Eagles vs. Bolivar-Richburg Wolverines
Fillmore is 2-8 against Bolivar-Richburg since May of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Eagles will look to defend their home field against the Wolverines at 5:00 p.m. Fillmore will be strutting in after a win while Bolivar-Richburg will be coming in after a defeat.
Fillmore proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by 21) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Franklinville, sneaking past 7-5. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won four in a row.
