After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, West Lincoln brought some dynamite into their most recent game. Everything went their way against the Bunker Hill Bears on Tuesday as West Lincoln made off with a 4-0 victory. While West Lincoln didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-12-2), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Brenna Dillard and Madalyn Dillard scored all four of West Lincoln's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 17 goals.

West Lincoln's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 7-2-1. As for Bunker Hill, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Lincoln will host Newton-Conover at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Newton-Conover will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something West Lincoln surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bunker Hill, they will be playing in front of their home fans against East Burke at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Bunker Hill is facing East Burke at the right time seeing as East Burke is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
