Caney Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Parsons Vikings. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bullpups of the 2-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-13.

Caney Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 19-10. As for Parsons, their victory bumped their record up to 7-16-1.
